Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or returned without their original packaging are not eligible for return.

To begin a return, please contact us at alfamarker.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not send your item back until you receive return instructions from our team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns must be shipped in accordance with the carrier’s applicable requirements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at alfamarker.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once we confirm the issue, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse the approved return shipping cost. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card provider. If you still need assistance, contact us at alfamarker.shop@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We replace items only when they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us at alfamarker.shop@gmail.com before sending any item back.
