Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and shipped on the same business day. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before shipment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Within the United States
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
Standard shipping transit time is typically 3–5 business days after shipment. Including order processing, delivery generally takes up to 7 business days from the date the order is placed.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping to Canada
Shipping to Canada is available only for selected products. Product availability, shipping charges, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.
Orders to Canada may require up to 2 business days for processing. Delivery times vary by destination and may be longer for remote or rural areas, particularly during severe weather conditions.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, we can reship it after the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Carrier tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Delays and Delivery Issues
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations. If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier.
